-抹茶心太軟-
Matcha (Green Tea) Lava Cake

琴日收到吾少人ig direct/message我要recipe, 事先聲明我只係一粒small potato黎嫁炸, 真係第一次自己整, 不過都照share下我用既recipe, 希望你地都成功啦💪👇

🍫60g plain white chocolate
40g butter
40g sugar
🐣1 egg
8g matcha powder
25g flour

Direction:
1. Melt the butter in the ramekin, then set aside
2. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler
3. Whisk the melted butter, sugar, and egg, then mix everything together
4. Pour the batter into buttered and floured ramekin
5. Put it in the fridge for about an hour
6. Bake in the a pre-heated oven at 230'C for about 8-9 minutes
